A 1970s Kuala Lumpur tiki classic that pairs blackstrap rum with Campari, pineapple, and lime, producing a bittersweet tropical drink where fruit sweetness meets Italian amaro.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozdark rum
- ¾ ozCampari
- 4 ozpineapple juice
- ½ ozlime juice
- ½ ozsimple syrup
Steps
