Jungle Bird Light
A lighter riff on the Kuala Lumpur Jungle Bird -- light rum instead of dark cuts the weight while Campari's bitterness remains as the anchor.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozlight rum
- ¾ ozCampari
- 1 ½ ozpineapple juice
- ½ ozlime juice
- ¼ ozsimple syrup
- garnishpineapple wedge
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
