Mango Tequila Sour
Ripe mango and tequila in a frothy egg-white sour -- tropical sweetness balanced with lime's tartness for a silky, sunshine cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oztequila
- 1 ozmango juice
- ¾ ozlime juice
- ¼ ozagave
- 1egg white
- garnishlime wedge
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice.
- 2.Seal and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to emulsify.
- 3.Add ice and shake again for another 10–15 seconds.
- 4.Strain into a chilled glass.
