A pre-Prohibition Havana daiquiri variant where apricot brandy and pineapple juice sweeten and round out light rum and lime, conjuring a warm, orchard-meets-island fruitiness.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozlight rum
- ½ ozapricot brandy
- ¾ ozlime juice
- ½ ozpineapple juice
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
