A mid-century Trader Vic rum sour sharpened by falernum's clove-and-almond spice and orange curaçao, drinking crisp, nutty, and subtly tropical.
Ingredients
- 2 ozaged rum
- ½ ozfalernum
- ¾ ozlime juice
- ¼ ozorange liqueur
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
