Rum Espresso Martini
A rum-forward take on the Espresso Martini where dark rum lends molasses warmth to coffee liqueur and fresh espresso, foamy and full-bodied with a caramelized finish.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozdark rum
- ¾ ozcoffee liqueur
- 1 ozespresso
- ¼ ozsimple syrup
- garnishcoffee beans
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
