Bahama Mama
A Caribbean beach classic layering dark rum and coffee liqueur with coconut cream, pineapple, orange, and a grenadine drizzle for a sweet, creamy, postcard-tropical sipper.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozdark rum
- ½ ozcoffee liqueur
- 1 ozcoconut cream
- 2 ozpineapple juice
- 1 ozorange juice
- ¼ ozgrenadine
- garnishpineapple wedge
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
