The 19th-century Fix format applied to rum -- a fruity, tropical variation on the Sour built directly in a glass with crushed ice and fruit.
Ingredients
- 2 ozaged rum
- ¾ ozlemon juice
- ½ ozpineapple juice
- ½ ozsimple syrup
- garnishlemon slice and/or pineapple wedge
Steps
- 1.Add ice to the glass.
- 2.Pour in ingredients one at a time in the order listed.
- 3.Stir gently to combine.
