Pisco Punch
The Gold Rush-era San Francisco classic of pisco, pineapple syrup, lemon, and a splash of white wine that drinks deceptively soft — grape-bright, fruity, and dangerously easy.
Ingredients
- 2 ozpisco
- 1 ozpineapple juice
- ¾ ozsimple syrup
- ¾ ozlemon juice
- ½ ozdry white wine
- garnishcloves and/or pineapple wedge
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
