Pisco Fizz
A Peruvian-spirited cousin of the gin fizz, where grape-forward pisco is shaken with lemon, sugar, and egg white, then topped with soda for a frothy, floral lift.
Ingredients
- 2 ozpisco
- ¾ ozlemon juice
- ½ ozsimple syrup
- 1egg white
- 2 ozsoda water
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice.
- 2.Seal and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to emulsify.
- 3.Add ice and shake again for another 10–15 seconds.
- 4.Strain into a chilled glass.
