A Scotch-based take on the classic sour, where malty whisky is softened by lemon, sugar, and silky egg white foam for a smoky-edged, balanced sipper.
Ingredients
- 2 ozScotch whisky
- ¾ ozlemon juice
- ¾ ozsimple syrup
- 1egg white
- garnishorange peel
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice.
- 2.Seal and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to emulsify.
- 3.Add ice and shake again for another 10–15 seconds.
- 4.Strain into a chilled glass.
