A Philadelphia-born Victorian gin sour shaken with raspberry syrup and egg white, drinking pink, plush, and foamy with tart berry lift over a clean gin base.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozgin
- ½ ozraspberry syrup
- ½ ozlemon juice
- 1egg white
- garnishfresh raspberries
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice.
- 2.Seal and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to emulsify.
- 3.Add ice and shake again for another 10–15 seconds.
- 4.Strain into a chilled glass.
