Pink Lady
A 1930s gin-and-apple-brandy sour stained rosy with grenadine and shaken silky with egg white, drinking frothy, fruity, and much sharper than its demure name suggests.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozgin
- ½ ozCalvados
- ¾ ozlemon juice
- ¼ ozgrenadine
- 1egg white
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice.
- 2.Seal and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to emulsify.
- 3.Add ice and shake again for another 10–15 seconds.
- 4.Strain into a chilled glass.
