Pisco Ginger Sour
A spicy variation on the Pisco Sour -- ginger syrup replaces simple syrup for a warming, fragrant kick alongside lime and frothy egg white.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozpisco
- ¾ ozlime juice
- ½ ozginger syrup
- 1egg white
- 2Angostura bitters
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice.
- 2.Seal and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to emulsify.
- 3.Add ice and shake again for another 10–15 seconds.
- 4.Strain into a chilled glass.
