Rum Rose Daisy
A floral twist on the rum daisy — aged rum's caramel depth softened by elderflower's perfume, tart lime, a blush of grenadine, and a soda lift, landing somewhere between a daisy and a garden-party spritz.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozaged rum
- ½ ozelderflower liqueur
- ¾ ozlime juice
- ¼ ozgrenadine
- 1 ozsoda water
- garnishlime wedge
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
