Bermuda's national cocktail swizzling dark and light rums with pineapple and orange juices, falernum, and Angostura into a frothy, spice-kissed tropical sipper over crushed ice.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozdark rum
- ½ ozlight rum
- 2 ozpineapple juice
- 1 ozorange juice
- ½ ozfalernum
- 2Angostura bitters
- garnishorange slice and/or mint
Steps
- 1.Build ingredients directly in the glass over crushed ice.
- 2.Insert a swizzle stick and rotate rapidly between your palms to mix and chill.
- 3.Top with additional crushed ice and garnish.
