Campari's brilliant bitterness in a frothy fizz format -- egg white creates a silky foam that tempers the Campari's intensity beautifully.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozCampari
- ¾ ozlemon juice
- ¼ ozsimple syrup
- 1egg white
- 2 ozsoda water
- garnishorange slice
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice.
- 2.Seal and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to emulsify.
- 3.Add ice and shake again for another 10–15 seconds.
- 4.Strain into a chilled glass.
