Miss Emily Cooper's closely guarded Bahamian secret from Green Turtle Cay layers dark rum and coconut rum over pineapple, orange, and a hint of apricot — deceptively easy-drinking and dangerously refreshing in equal measure.
Ingredients
- 1 ozdark rum
- 1 ozcoconut rum
- 2 ozpineapple juice
- 1 ozorange juice
- ½ ozapricot brandy
- ½ ozlime juice
- garnishpineapple wedge
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
