A modern cult classic from Seattle's L'Oursin using 1.5 oz of Angostura bitters as the primary spirit. Overproof rum, pineapple, and coconut cream tame the bitters' intensity into a complex, aromatic tropical drink.

Steps

  1. 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
  3. 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
