Pineapple Rum Punch
A Caribbean punch layering light rum with pineapple, orange, and lime juices, grenadine, and Angostura for a fruity, tiki-leaning sip that drinks long and easy.
Ingredients
- 2 ozlight rum
- 3 ozpineapple juice
- 1 ozorange juice
- ½ ozlime juice
- ½ ozgrenadine
- 2Angostura bitters
- garnishpineapple wedge and/or orange slice
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
